Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 5:55 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ruled that two executives at Agriprocessors Inc., the kosher slaughterhouse federal authorities targeted in a large 2008 immigration raid, owe $23 million to First Bank Business Capital Inc. after failing to repay the money under a loan agreement.
Judge Linda Reade of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa issued her ruling on Tuesday, ordering Abraham Aaron Rubashkin, the owner of the company, to pay $21 million and Sholom Rubashkin, a former manager, to pay $2 million.
