Kraft ERISA Class Action Gets The Boot

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 5:24 PM ET) -- Kraft Foods Global Inc. and several related entities have won dismissal of a retirement plan class action alleging the company breached fiduciary duties by neglecting to control fees and expenses associated with one of its 401(k) plans.

Magistrate Judge Sidney I. Schenkier of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Wednesday granted Kraft summary judgment on all of the plaintiffs’ claims.
