Nissan Recalls 540K Vehicles Over Brake, Gauge Issues

Law360, New York (March 03, 2010, 2:51 PM ET) -- Less than a week after calling back nearly 80,000 cars for possible engine defects, Nissan Motor Co. on Wednesday announced a recall of almost 540,000 trucks and minivans — mostly in the United States — to inspect disengaging brake pedal pins and fuel gauge malfunctions.
