Backloading Claims Nixed In SC Johnson ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 2:21 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ruled that two S.C. Johnson & Sons Inc. retirement plans did not violate the Employee Retirement Income Security Act by backloading pension benefits, but he found that the plans had underpaid lump sum payments to former employees.
