Law360, New York (April 06, 2010, 7:19 PM ET) -- Indiana National Guard soldiers are suing KBR Inc. on its home turf in Houston claiming the military contractor knowingly exposed them to toxins at a water treatment plant in Iraq, after an Evansville, Ind., judge tossed their claims for lack of jurisdiction.
More than 50 Indiana National Guard soldiers sued KBR and its operating subsidiaries for negligence, gross negligence, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas on March 31.
