House Panel Probes Cadmium Concerns At Retailers

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 1:32 PM ET) -- Top Democrats on the House Energy and Commerce Committee are calling for major retailers to detail the steps they are taking to stop selling children's products containing cadmium, a toxic metal for which Congress and several states are weighing strong new restrictions.
