Law360, New York (June 08, 2010, 3:35 PM ET) -- A federal judge has narrowed the claims of Louisiana farmers seeking to hold Bayer CropScience AG liable for contamination of the U.S. rice supply in a bellwether case slated for trial this month in the genetically modified rice litigation.
