Minn. Gets OK To Sue Jacobs Over Bridge Collapse

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 5:47 PM ET) -- The Minnesota Court of Appeals issued a pair of rulings Tuesday that will allow the state — but not engineering firm URS Corp. — to seek damages from Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for the deadly 2007 collapse of the I-35W bridge in Minneapolis.
