Dick's Sporting Goods Faces Class Action Over Pay

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 6:11 PM ET) -- Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. has been hit with a putative class action claiming the company failed to pay hourly employees in Nebraska for all the time they worked.

The plaintiff in the suit accuses the retailer of failing to pay proper overtime and requiring employees to work off the clock, alleging violations of Nebraska wage and hour laws and other claims.
