UMG Asks High Court To Review Eminem Royalties Fight

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 5:38 PM ET) -- UMG Recording Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on its dispute with rapper Eminem's former production company over contractual royalties, saying the case highlights the need for a clear rule on post-trial appeals of summary judgment decisions.
