Law360, New York (January 03, 2011, 8:25 PM ET) -- In a recess appointment by President Barack Obama, former Bryan Cave LLP partner James Cole was sworn in as deputy attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice on Monday, just a few days after Senate Republicans blocked his confirmation.
