Judge Nixes Joint Liability In Bayer Rice Bellwether

Law360, New York (February 03, 2011, 2:02 PM ET) -- A Missouri judge has denied summary judgment to some multidistrict litigation plaintiffs seeking to hold Bayer CropScience LP accountable for the actions of other organizations that contributed to the contamination of the U.S. rice supply by Bayer’s genetically modified brand.
