Out-Of-Court Statements OK'd In Ohio Corruption Case

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 6:21 PM ET) -- The U.S. government on Sunday won approval to use out-of-court statements in its prosecution of a former Cuyahoga County, Ohio, judge, one of several officials snared in a probe into alleged kickbacks for government contracts and other public corruption.
