Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 6:27 PM ET) -- Amusement park operator Cedar Fair LP settled a personal injury lawsuit in Ohio stemming from a roller coaster accident, the plaintiff's attorney said Tuesday, reportedly marking the last of a line of suits over the accident to be resolved.
The lawsuit settled for an undisclosed sum as it was preparing to go to trial in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, according to Colleen Hegge of Statman Harris & Eyrich LLC.
