Title VII Suit Against Kidney Service To Proceed

Law360, New York (April 30, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss an unlawful retaliation lawsuit against a kidney dialysis treatment service for allegedly terminating two employees who complained about being subjected to sexually suggestive TV programming while they were working at a prison facility.

Judge Nancy G. Edmunds denied Kidney Replacement Services PC’s motion for summary judgment in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on Wednesday.
