Bracewell Reps Constellation In $143M Power Retailer Buy

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 5:17 PM ET) -- Baltimore-based energy provider Constellation Energy Group Inc., itself in the midst of being swallowed by Chicago-based Exelon Corp., continued a buying spree Friday with the $142.5 million cash purchase of Houston electricity retailer StarTex Power and its 170,000 customers.
