Trial Date Set For Exec Tied To Petters' $3.7B Fraud

Law360, New York (August 02, 2011, 8:26 PM ET) -- A Minnesota magistrate judge on Monday set a February 2012 trial date for Arrowhead Capital Management President James Nathan Fry, who pled not guilty to charges he intentionally misled investors in order to channel funds into Thomas J. Petters’ $3.7 billion Ponzi scheme.
