Judge Delays Jurisdiction Ruling In Cessna Crash Case

Law360, New York (June 13, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Kansas magistrate judge has delayed ruling on whether to dismiss claims that faulty icing equipment on Cessna Aircraft Co. planes caused a crash in Canada until more discovery is conducted to show if the court has appropriate jurisdiction.
