Law360, New York (September 08, 2011, 5:08 PM ET) -- A Smart Balance Inc. affiliate jarred more than a baker's dozen of companies — including Keebler Co., Nestle USA Inc. and Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookie Co. — with a lawsuit in Wisconsin on Wednesday alleging their treats infringe a patented method for balancing cholesterol levels in dairy-based products.
