Express Scripts Sues Walgreen Over Disparagement

Law360, New York (September 08, 2011, 12:39 PM ET) -- Express Scripts Inc. hit Walgreen Co. on Wednesday with claims of Lanham Act violations and breach of contract, saying the drugstore giant disparaged the pharmacy benefit manager with false advertising amid stalled negotiations in renewing their multibillion-dollar pharmacy provider agreement.
