Sales Reps Sue Abbott For Overtime Pay

Law360, New York (June 29, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Abbott Laboratories has been hit with a putative collective action suit that alleges it misclassified sales representatives as exempt from a federal law mandating a premium pay rate for overtime hours, the latest in a series of suits against major drug companies alleging violations of state and federal overtime laws.
