7th, 11th Circs. Knock Down Ladder Injury Suits

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 6:40 PM ET) -- The Seventh and Eleventh circuits on Friday upheld the dismissal of a pair of suits over personal injuries caused by allegedly defective Louisville Ladder Inc. products, separately ruling the plaintiffs had failed to advance sufficient expert testimony.
