Law360, New York (December 22, 2011, 5:43 PM ET) -- An ex-U.S. Postal Service supervisor pled guilty in Michigan federal court Wednesday to taking bribes, becoming the latest to cop to a role in a six-year kickback scheme involving $13 million in post office maintenance contracts.
Bruce Plumb, the former lead manager at the Postal Service's vehicle maintenance facility in Detroit, admitted to taking illegal gratuities in connection with his official acts in directing repair and maintenance work to private contractor Metro Diesel, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
