Law360, New York (July 20, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Following on the heels of a similar House initiative, a bipartisan group of 14 senators introduced a bill Friday to overturn a U.S. Supreme Court decision which limited the scope of pay discrimination claims.
The senators, led by Sens. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.) and Arlen Specter (R-Pa.), unveiled the bill to reverse the Supreme Court's recent 5-4 decision in Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
