Law360, New York (March 01, 2012, 4:45 PM ET) -- Middle-market private equity firm Huntsman Gay Global Capital has snatched up Citadel Plastics Holdings Inc., making the plastics composites company the latest addition to its portfolio of software, consumer products and service-oriented businesses, the companies announced Thursday.
Huntsman Gay purchased West Chicago, Ill.-headquartered Citadel from Wind Point Partners, a private equity firm that formed Citadel in March 2007 with company chairman Mike Fitzpatrick. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
