Law360, New York (April 04, 2012, 3:08 PM ET) -- A woman accused of illegally downloading music copyrighted by major record labels told the Eighth Circuit on Monday she shouldn't have to pay statutory damages for her alleged transgressions since the labels' injury is attributable to the wider file sharing community.
