H&R Block Customers Say Co. Mislabeled 'Compliance Fee'

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 7:34 PM ET) -- H&R Block Inc. was hit with a proposed class action on Monday in Missouri state court accusing the Kansas City company of charging its tax preparation customers a fee that they're led to believe is required by the IRS.
