McDonald's Workers Fight To Keep Bias Suit Alive

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 5:54 PM ET) -- Three corporate employees of McDonald's Corp. told an Illinois judge on Tuesday that their individual accounts of racial discrimination are enough for the proposed class action against the fast food giant to move forward.
