Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 5:14 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday denied a bid to toss portions of Apple Inc.'s damages expert report in its smartphone patent suit against Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc., rejecting Motorola's contentions that revisions to a damages estimate violated an earlier court order.
