Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 4:51 PM ET) -- California-based real estate management company Lowe Enterprises Investors has acquired the 213-room Affinia Chicago hotel in the downtown Chicago area from New York real estate firm Denihan Hospitality Group on behalf of an investment client, Lowe said Thursday.
Lowe said that its hotel management affiliate Destination Hotels & Resorts would take over management of the 28-story hotel property, which is located at 166 E. Superior St.
