Ex-Citadel Engineer Denies Trade Secrets Theft

Law360, Chicago (May 18, 2012, 2:57 PM ET) -- A former Citadel LLC engineer pled not guilty Friday to trade secrets theft and computer fraud charges in Illinois federal court, denying the government's allegations that he stole the financial firm's proprietary trading information.

Yihao "Ben" Pu, 24, entered his plea through his attorney, Carolyn Gurland, at the arraignment that followed his arrest in October and the indictment a grand jury returned against him in May charging him with 10 counts of trade secrets theft and three counts tied to computer fraud.
