Shareholder and board member James P. Daley, partners David M. Novak and Edward M. Graham and associate James D. Thomas bring to Schuyler Roche experience in representing management in all aspects of negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, grievance arbitration, interest arbitration and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and state agencies, the firm said.
