Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 5:21 PM ET) -- The solicitor general has told the U.S. Supreme Court that an Ohio state court was right to dispense with DirecTV Inc.'s suit challenging the constitutionality of the state's taxation of satellite broadcasting services but not of cable, saying the dismissal was in line with precedent.
