Law360, New York (June 06, 2012, 8:33 PM ET) -- Construction company Black & Veatch Corp. sued Aspen Insurance Ltd. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe Ltd. in Kansas federal court on Monday, alleging that the two insurers, which provided umbrella policies, improperly denied coverage for liabilities from construction defects in four power plants.
