ABA, NALP Avoid Suit Over Cooley Employment Stats

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 7:24 PM ET) -- A Michigan federal judge on Thursday refused to add the American Bar Association and the National Association for Law Placement to a putative class action brought by former Thomas M. Cooley Law School students alleging fraudulently inflated employment figures.
