Nearly 100 Mayors Defend EPA's Power Plant Emissions Rule

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 5:14 PM ET) -- Mayors from nearly 100 cities including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston sent a letter Tuesday to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency expressing their support for a rule limiting mercury and other toxic emissions from coal- and oil-fired power plants.
