Four Auto Parts Price-Fixing MDLs Combined In Mich.

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 5:42 PM ET) -- Putative class actions alleging that a group of auto parts makers violated antitrust laws by engaging in bid-rigging and price-fixing were combined Wednesday and will now be heard as multidistrict litigation in Michigan federal court.
