6th Circ. Says Charge Nurses Not Supervisors In NLRB Fight

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 7:38 PM ET) -- The Sixth Circuit ruled Wednesday that charge nurses for nursing home operator Frenchtown Acquisition Co. Inc. are not supervisors, refusing to review a National Labor Relations Board decision that the company must bargain with the nurses’ union.
