Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 5:56 PM ET) -- An Indiana diocese on Thursday asked a court to toss a lawsuit brought by a Catholic school teacher who was fired after undergoing in vitro fertilization treatment, arguing that federal discrimination laws provide for a ministerial exception and that if the case were not barred by that exception, then the laws were unconstitutional.
