Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 4:34 PM ET) -- BASF Corp. has agreed to pay more than $1 million in fines and project costs as part of a consent agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over alleged Clean Air Act violations from a chemical manufacturing facility in Wyandotte, Mich., the EPA announced Wednesday.
