Law360, New York (July 02, 2012, 1:23 PM ET) -- Three companies tasked with investigating and cleaning up hazardous wastes at an Ohio landfill lodged a suit against Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., GlaxoSmithKline LLC and Sherwin-Williams Co. on Thursday seeking financial contribution for testing and remediation activities at the site.
Hobart Corp., Kelsey-Hayes Co. and NCR Corp. accused the corporate giants of polluting the South Dayton Dump and Landfill site with hazardous materials, including polychlorinated biphenyls, mercury, lead, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons and others.
