Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 5:21 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal magistrate judge on Tuesday recommended keeping alive part of a suit from a man alleging that Nike Inc. infringed a trademark on a line of sports clothing he developed and wanted to sell with the help of LeBron James' girlfriend.
