JPMorgan Must Justify Withholding Docs In FERC Bid Probe

Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 6:05 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday gave JPMorgan Ventures Energy Corp. eight days to explain why it shouldn't have to turn over emails to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, which is investigating whether the company employed bidding practices designed to manipulate California and Midwest electricity markets.
