Monsanto, Pfizer Try To Revive Enviro Feud With Trucking Co.

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 3:32 PM ET) -- Monsanto Co. spinoff Solutia Inc. and Pfizer Inc. subsidiary Pharmacia Corp. on Friday asked a federal judge to reopen a resolved environmental damages case involving Rogers Cartage Co. after the trucking company brought new allegations they say are precluded by an approved settlement.
