Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 4:27 PM ET) -- Two Dutch companies alleged Thursday in Missouri state court that Anheuser-Busch InBev NV's recently launched Draftmark home draft beer dispenser system was based on stolen trade secrets.
Afa Dispensing Group BV and Dispensing Technologies BV claim InBev's Draftmark relied on proprietary information used in Afa's Flair line of technology. The Flair products feature a “bag-in-bottle” design, which uses air pressure to compress an inner container or bag made of flexible plastic that dispenses liquids.
