Law360, Chicago (July 26, 2012, 1:51 PM ET) -- A California resident pled guilty Thursday in Illinois federal court to trying to illegally export missile components from the U.S. to Iran through the United Arab Emirates, a scheme prosecutors say also involved two other men.
More than two years after he was indicted, Andro Telemi, 42, copped to one count of attempting to export defense articles on the U.S. Munitions List from the U.S. without a license or approval from the U.S. Department of State in violation of the Arms Export Control Act.
