Monsanto Cleared In Suit Over Stock Drop, Roundup Earnings

Law360, New York (August 01, 2012, 7:06 PM ET) -- A Missouri federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative class action claiming Monsanto Co. artificially inflated the price of its stock by concealing a declining demand for its herbicide Roundup, finding the suit failed to prove the company had violated securities laws.
