US Steel Accused Of Thousands Of Air Pollution Violations

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 6:21 PM ET) -- The federal government and three states on Monday accused U.S. Steel Corp of thousands of air pollution violations at a trio of Midwestern facilities, asking an Indiana federal court to assess fines that could cost the company millions of dollars.
