Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 6:26 PM ET) -- Mattel Inc. subsidiary American Girl LLC hit teen modeling agency Barbizon International LLC with a trademark infringement suit in Wisconsin federal court Friday, accusing the talent agency of ripping off its registered slogan.
