Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 8:56 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge ruled Friday that Ohio Willow Wood Co.’s patent for liners used in certain prosthetics was invalid, handing a win to rival Alps South LLC in a protracted fight over technology for amputees.
